Scope of work

  • Preparation of comprehensive design documentation, including the basic design, amended building permit design, detailed (IFC) designs, and the update of the existing NCC documentation
  • Obtaining the full set of administrative decisions and approvals, including the building permit
  • Execution of preparatory works, including tree clearing, utility relocations, removal of conflicts, site preparation and land grading
  • Construction of a reserve and peak-load boiler plant comprising 2 gas- and oil-fired hot water boilers (10 MWth each) and 2 electrode hot water boilers (10 MWth each), together with all associated infrastructure
  • Full integration of the new boiler plant with the existing NCC infrastructure, including upgrades, modifications, and execution of process, thermal, steam, electrical, and I&C (Instrumentation & Control) connections
  • Design of a complete cogeneration (CHP) system, including buildings with engines and process technology, as well as pipe racks, flue gas ducts and a stack
  • Design of utility connections, including district heating water, high-methane natural gas, and process pipelines, as well as integration with future expansion through the provision of technological and power supply reserves
  • Development of the electrical power export system design for 2 × 10 MWe to the National Power System (KSE), including the concept and documentation of the 110 kV infrastructure
  • Prefabrykacja, dostawa i montaż urządzeń technologicznych, instalacji wewnętrznych, AKPiA oraz systemów bezpieczeństwa i automatyki sterującej
  • Prefabrication, delivery, and installation of process equipment, internal installations, I&C (Instrumentation & Control) systems as well as safety and control automation systems
  • Preparation and handover of as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, as well as fire protection and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) documentation
