Scope of work

  • Preparation of design documentation, including executive designs and obtaining all legally required approvals, opinions, and reports
  • Rough grading, land reclamation, and installation of drainage system
  • Construction of all WtE plant facilities and infrastructure: technological buildings and structures, steel constructions, roads, maneuvering areas, fire access roads, equipment foundations, and complete site development
  • Supply and installation of a complete WtE plant technological line, including the RDF unloading and storage unit, thermal treatment unit, energy recovery and conversion system, flue gas treatment unit, combustion by-product removal unit, energy output units, and auxiliary systems
  • Execution of all internal and external installations: technological, sanitary, electrical, power, I, monitoring, safety and fire protection systems, including equipment supply, cabling, and full system integration
  • Installation and programming of the WtE plant control system (including PLC and SCADA)
  • Cold and hot commissioning, mechanical and technological trials, and functional measurements and tests
  • Theoretical and practical staff training, and provision of training materials
  • Warranty service
