Preparation of design documentation, including the development of a replacement building permit design, executive designs, and obtaining all legally required approvals, opinions, and reports
Execution of earthworks and foundation works, and construction of the electrical building and the pumping station building
Execution of the heat evacuation system from the cogeneration units
Installation of the gas connection for the cogeneration units
Supply and installation of the flue gas exhaust system
Supply, installation, and commissioning of MV and LV switchgear and switchboards
Execution of the electrical power evacuation system from the cogeneration units, including the construction of a 15kV MV cable line (3.2 km)
Supply, installation, and commissioning of three containerized gas-fired cogeneration engines
Site development and landscaping
System start-up and operator training
Preparation of as-built documentation
Obtaining all necessary, final, and legally binding decisions and permits, including the occupancy permit
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HIGH-EFFICIENCY COGENERATION POWER FACILITY CONSISTING OF TWO COGENERATION UNITS, THREE GAS-FIRED HOT WATER BOILERS, AND AUXILIARY INSTALLATIONS AND EQUIPMENT
