ELECTRICAL WORKS

• Installation of cable trays along with support structures
• Installation of MV and LV switchgears, lighting and power distribution boards, control cabinets, inverters, UPS units, busbars, transformers
• Cabling MV, LV and control cabling, MV and LV cable terminations, cable glands, installation of 230V and 400V sockets
• Installation of electric heat tracing for pipelines and tanks
• Installation of lightning protection, grounding system and equipotential bonding, cathodic protection
• Installation of basic, emergency and outdoor lighting, fire shut-off system installation
• Installation of emergency stop switches, system seals and fire protection seals
• Measurements post-installation measurements, functional tests, participation in commissioning

I&C WORKS (Instrumentation and Control)

• Installation of DCS/SIS control, protection and visualization systems, installation of control and measurement instrumentation and analyzers for physical and chemical measurements
• Cable trays along with support structures, installation of impulse lines, hook-ups and I&C cabling
• Connections equipotential bonding, system seals and fire protection seals
• Measurements post-installation measurements, commissioning of the installation and automation system, operator training
