Workshop designs
Supply and installation of MV switchgears, distribution transformers, busbars and main LV switchgears
Supply and installation of backup power generators
Supply and installation of branch switchgears
Supply and installation of cable tray systems and MV and LV cabling
Supply and installation of basic lighting
Supply and installation of emergency lighting
Supply and installation of inverters and UPS units
Supply and installation of equipment and accessories
Telecommunications works scope including:
Workshop designs
Supply and installation of fire alarm system (SSP)
Supply and installation of gas extinguishing system
Supply and installation of access control (KD)
Supply and installation of gas detection
Supply and installation of CCTV system
Supply and installation of intrusion detection system (SSWiN)
BMS automation scope:
As-built design
Supply and installation of BMS and HVAC automation switchgears
Supply and installation of measurement instrumentation for the ventilation and air conditioning system
Programming of HVAC systems in accordance with the client’s standards
Integration of facility and process systems (Fire Alarm, Boiler Room, Compressor Room, Chilled Water, DALI system, etc.) with the BMS system
Monitoring along with media consumption analysis (electricity, water, heat)
