Scope of work
Preparation of design documentation, including executive designs and obtaining all legally required approvals, opinions, and reports
Construction of the electric boiler plant facility (2 × 8 MWth), including civil, structural, and installation works
Prefabrication, delivery, and installation of process systems, including electrical installations, I&C (Instrumentation & Control), HVAC, water and sewage systems, pumping systems, heat exchangers, safety systems, and auxiliary infrastructure
Execution of process connections between the boiler plant and the district heating network, as well as export of 15 kV medium-voltage power supply, including all necessary cable lines
Installation and configuration of control, automation, measurement, monitoring, fire alarm (FAS), and CCTV systems, including full control software
Cold and hot commissioning, mechanical and technological trials, and functional measurements and tests
Preparation and handover of as-built documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, as well as fire protection and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) documentation
